Our Code of Conduct

  1. Ethical and Professional Conduct: Our employees/members will act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all their dealings with the organization, colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Our employees/members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, by-laws, building codes, and industry standards and authorities such as the Home Construction and Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and Tarion.
  1. Confidentiality: Our employees/members will maintain confidentiality and safeguard privileged information and data, including personal information, trade secrets, financial information, and other sensitive information.
  1. Respect and Non-Discrimination: Our employees/members will treat everyone with respect, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or sexual orientation, and avoid any form of discrimination or harassment.
  1. Safety and Health: Our employees/members will prioritize safety and health in the workplace and ensure a safe working environment for everyone. We strictly enforce restricted access to construction sites and require that all individuals entering the site wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  1. Conflict of Interest: Our employees/members must avoid any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest that could influence their judgment or decision-making and must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest to the organization.
  1. Environmental Responsibility: Our employees/members will prioritize environmental responsibility and act sustainably to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment including the lake and wildlife.
  1. Social Responsibility: Our employees/members will act as responsible and contributing members of society and support community welfare initiatives.
  1. Reporting and Accountability: Our employees/members must report any unethical or illegal behavior or violation of this code of conduct and cooperate with any investigation. Violation of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and agreements.
